I’m Nathalie

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples facing a variety of challenges — from trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and eating disorders, to perinatal mental health concerns and parenting struggles.

I’m a French Métis woman who is passionate about empowering change through tailored, client-centred therapy. With a warm and eclectic approach, I combine evidence-based methods to meet your unique needs and guide you toward transformation.

Prairie Fox Therapy came to life in January 2025, but the dream of creating this healing space was seeded long before. I've always felt called to help others navigate their struggles and find their path to healing.
